We booked the entire hotel for a function, so considering condition of all rooms , observed the following:1. Unclean and torn bedsheets in most rooms2. Old towels, though cleaned was mostly torn3. Staff all though are polite but not trained to run a hospitality business4. We had the entire hotel booked and on the day the punp of hotel malfunctioned which we agree can happen but in the entire hotel they had just 3 buckets which had to be shared among 20+ roooms for toilets, bath, getting ready etc.5. The staff seemed least bothered about customer experience.Considering we had the entire property booked , i wonder how they will treat individual bookings.DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND!
Great hospitality! Loved the behavior of every staff. Awesome experience. Good ambience. However cleanliness of roof top washroom can be better maintained.
The Manager there just doesn't want anyone to checkin I guess. For corporate bookings everything has to done on mail, I requested her to mail me the quotation for which she said she will TRY. Even after that I visited the Hotel to get it on a priority there she was chilling with her colleagues and she said she is not free so won't be sending any mails.I wanted to complain but she says she only handles everything.Ain't suggesting anyone to go for this hotel in any manner.Also all the 5 Star reviews look fake to me.
It is a very good budget hotel in the Saltlake area and the staff are very friendly to assist. After my ligament surgery, i was having a serious problem with the soft bed. I told my problem that i need a hard bed. Within a minute they arrange a hard foam sheet above the soft foam sheet. They saved my life.
Room was clean and maintain the hygiene.The Manager of the Hotel Mrs Das really kind lady.she promise when we stay we will feel like home and it's really happened.during our stay we exactly feel the same.we will miss the Rabbits.Highly Recommended hotels.
